با توجه به این که چند سالی نامه ای خطابه دار به نملیندگان مجلس در ساعات اغازین سال جدید نوشته میشد. امسال هم از جایی که هیچ نشانی از تغییر و تحول بنیادی و زیر ساختاری و اجرا قانون اساسی و ووو نشد باز عین همان مطالب سال ۱۳۹۴ تا ۱۳۴۰۲

را در ساعات اغازین سال ۱۴۰۳ را درج نموده با این عناوین بالا

Researchers Design Alzheimer’s Antibodies

Researchers at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute have developed a new method to design antibodies aimed at combating disease. The surprisingly simple process was used to make antibodies that neutralize the harmful protein particles that lead to Alzheimer’s disease.

The process is reported in the Dec. 5 Early Edition of the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS). The process, outlined in the paper, titled “Structure-based design of conformation- and sequence-specific antibodies against amyloid B2;,” could be used as a tool to understand complex disease pathology and develop new antibody-based drugs in the future.

Antibodies are large proteins produced by the immune system to combat infection and disease. They are comprised of a large Y-shaped protein topped with small peptide loops. These loops bind to harmful invaders in the body, such as a viruses or bacteria. Once an antibody is bound to its target, the immune system sends cells to destroy the invader. Finding the right antibody can determine the difference between death and recovery.

Scientists have long sought methods for designing antibodies to combat specific ailments. However, the incredible complexity of designing antibodies that only attached to a target molecule of interest has prevented scientists from realizing this ambitious goal.

The new antibody design process was used to create antibodies that target a devastating molecule in the body: the Alzheimer’s protein. The research, which was led by Assistant Professor of Chemical and Biological Engineering Peter Tessier, uses the same molecular interactions that cause the Alzheimer’s proteins to stick together and form the toxic particles that are a hallmark of the disease.

“We are actually exploiting the same protein interactions that cause the disease in the brain to mediate binding of antibodies to toxic Alzheimer’s protein particles,” Tessier said.

Alzheimer’s disease is due to a specific protein – the Alzheimer’s protein – sticking together to form protein particles. These particles then damage the normal, healthy functions of the brain. The formation of similar toxic protein particles is central to diseases such as Parkinson’s and mad cow disease.

Importantly, the new Alzheimer’s antibodies developed by Tessier and his colleagues only latched on to the harmful clumped proteins and not the harmless monomers or single peptides that are not associated with disease.

Tessier and his colleagues see the potential for their technique being used to target and better understand similar types of protein particles in disorders such as Parkinson’s disease.

“By binding to specific portions of the toxic protein, we could test hypotheses about how to prevent or reverse cellular toxicity linked to Alzheimer’s disease,” Tessier said.

In the long term, as scientists learn more about methods to deliver drugs into the extremely well-protected brain tissue, the new antibody research may also help to develop new drugs to combat disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease.

The research was funded by the Alzheimer’s Association, the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the Pew Charitable Trust.

هورمون های گیاهی و کاربرد آن در گیاه و باغبانی
واژه هورمون به موادمعینی اطلاق می شود که در بخشی از موجود زنده ساخته شده و پس از انتقال اثرات فیزیولوژیکی محسوسی در دیگر قسمتهای آن به جا می گذارد و در تراکم های بسیار کم فعالند.این تصور کلی در اصل در قلمرو فیزیولوژیکی حیوانی بوجود آمده و این واژه هورمون از ریشه یونانی به معنی تهیج کردن گرفته شده است. در گیاهان ترکیبات مترادف ولی از نظر شیمیایی کاملاً متفاوت یافت می شود و واژه هورمون بطور صحیح آنها را در بر می گیرد هورمون های گیاهی که اغلب فیتو هورمون خوانده می شود در بافتهای مریستمی و یا لااقل جوان از هر نوع ساخته می شوندو غالبا اثرخود را پس از انتقال می گذارندکه تا حدودی دورتر از بافتی که ساخته شده اند. هورمون ها با آنزیم ها و تیامین ها و DNA در این خاصیت مشترکند که به غلظت بسیار کم یا ناچیزباعث ایجاد اثرات فیزیولوژیکی عمیق می شوند. اصولاً واژه هورمون باید به ترکیباتی محدود شود که به طور طبیعی در درون موجود زنده ساخته می شود لذا در تعریف هورمون گیاهی می توان گفت مواد آلی می باشد که مواد غذایی نبوده و توسط گیاهان تولید می شود و در غلظت های کم فرآیند فیزیولوژیکی را تنظیم می کند .آنها در درون گیاه، از محل تولید به محل اثر، انتقال می یابد اما گاهاً موادی که معلوم نیست در گیاه وجود داشته باشد اثرات مشابه و بعضی اوقات عیناً نظییر یکی از هورمون های طبیعی گیاهی را دارندکه از نام نهادن هورمون گیاهی می بایست خود داری نمود بلکه واژه برتر برای این چنین ترکیباتی که اثر هورمون مانندروی گیاه دارند تنظیم کننده رشد می باشد و در تعریف آن می توان گفت ترکیبات سنتزشده یا هورمون های گیاهی هستند که فرآیند های فیزیولوژیکی را تغییر می دهد این مواد تقلید کردن از هورمون ها ، تاثیر روی (سنتزشدن) هورمون ها و از بین بردن و یا انتقال و یا (به احتمال) تغییر دادن محل تاثیر هورمونی رشد را تنظیم می کند . با این وصف برای متمایز کردن آنها می توان گفت تمام هورمون ها ، تنظیم کننده رشد هستند اما تمام تنظیم کننده های رشد هورمون نیستند.

حالا دیگر وقتش است. اصلا شاید دیر هم شده باشد. عاشق شدن را نمی گویم. آن خودش دیر یا زود اتفاق می افتد. منظورم واکاوی عشق های گذشته و حال و احتمالا آینده است. اصلا با کدام تعریف اینقدر مطمئنید که عاشق هستید و عشق تان اگر اولی در دنیا نباشد بعد از لیلی و مجنون و شیرین و فرهاد مقام سوم را می تواند بگیرد؟

لطفا برای چند دقیقه بی خیال باورهای خودتان شوید، ببینید کارشناسان چه می گویند؟ اصلا عشق واقعی چیست و چند درصد از آدمهایی که ادعای عاشقی می کنند واقعا عاشق هستند؟

نقطه پایان عشق کجاست؟

جسم ما گرایشهایی دارد که اسمش میل است. مثلا من به این شیرینی میل دارم و این یک گرایش یکسویه محدود است. می گویم یک سویه چون من به شیرینی میل دارم ولی شیرینی به من میلی ندارد و می گویم محدود چون گرایش من هم تا زمانی است که شیرینی را نخورده باشم. وقتی بخورم و سیر شوم دیگر میلی به آن ندارم. همین گرایش یک سویه می تواند نامحدود باشد.

مثلا من گلها را دوست دارم ولی معلوم نیست گل من را می خواهد یا نه. این می شود حب یا دوست داشتن چون نامحدود است ولی یک طرفه. علاقه یک خانم به طلا و جواهر هم مشابه همین است، محدودیت ندارد و مثل میل به غذا و شیرینی نیست که از آن سیر شود ولی یک طرفه است. حالت سوم می شود گرایش دو سویه محدود؛ یعنی دو نفر همدیگر را دوست دارند ولی این دوست داشتن محدود است و بالاخره یک جایی تمام می شود. به این دوست داشتن می گویند شوق. بیشتر احساساتی که ما از آن به عنوان عشق یاد می کنیم در واقع شوق است. یعنی اشتیاق شدیدی که تمام می شود.

حتی عشق های تاریخی هم بیشترش شوق بوده ولی چون به هم نرسیده اند، تمام نشده. مطالعات نشان می دهد نقطه پایان این شوق های به ظاهر بی پایان نقطه به هم رسیدن است. یعنی 2نفر همدیگر را در حد مرگ دوست دارند ولی به محض اینکه به هم می رسند این علاقه شروع به کم شدن می کند. همین است که خیلی از جوانانی که عاشقانه همدیگر را دوست دارند و زمین و زمان را به هم می ریزند تا با هم ازدواج کنند از همان ماه عسل اختلافهایشان شروع می شود و زندگی شان دوامی ندارد. در واقع آنها هیچ وقت عاشق هم نبوده اند و فقط اشتیاق شدیدی نسبت به هم داشته اند که به اشتباه نامش را عشق گذاشته اند و به بیراهه رفته اند. در واقع شوق همان هوس است.

یعنی همه عشق ها روزی از بین می رود؟

اما حالت چهارمی هم وجود دارد؛ یعنی خواستن دو طرفه نامحدود. این نوع خواستن یک خواستن بی حد و مرز است که برتر و متعالی تر از همه خواستن های دیگر است و می شود نام عشق بر آن نهاد. حالت زمینی این نوع دوست داشتن عشق میان مادر و فرزند است؛ رابطه ای نامحدود و دوطرفه.

هر کدام از ما در زندگی یک وضعیت موجود داریم و یک وضعیت مطلوب. من موجود چگونه باید به من مطلوب تبدیل شوم؟ مسیری که مرا به حالت مطلوب هدایت می کند عشق است ولی آیا عشق به تنهایی می تواند؟ اینجاست که پای عقل به میان می آید. عقل به ما تاکتیک می دهد. روش می دهد که چطور به پشتوانه عشق به وضعیت مطلوب برسیم. عقل به ما نشان می دهد وقتی دچار هیجان عشق هستیم چطور اشتباه نکنیم و در بهترین مسیر قدم بگذاریم.

چطور مطمئن شویم احساسی که به یک نفر داریم همان عشق است؟

عشق از دوست داشتن مجزاست ولی گاهی به دلیل شباهت هایی که با هم دارند اشتباه گرفته می شوند وگرنه هرکدام از اینها یک مقوله جداست. اگر بخواهیم با مفاهیم آکادمیک صحبت کنیم، دوست داشتن همان چیزی است که در عربی می گویند «حب» و از جنس عالم دوم است ولی عشق از جنس عالم چهارم است. از این تعاریف متوجه می شویم عشق و دوست داشتن به اندازه دو دنیا با هم تفاوت دارند و این تفاوت کمی نیست.

حتما می پرسید منظور از 4 عالم چیست؟ این عالمها مقوله پیچیده ای دارند ولی در یک تعریف ساده باید بگویم این چهار عالم عبارتند از:

• اول، طبیعت که همین جهان ملموس است.

• دوم، فطرت که عالم معناست.

• سوم، طینت که می گویند ترکیب عالم اول و دوم است.

• چهارم، حیرت یعنی همان عالمی که پیامبر(ص) در معراج دید و متحیر شد و گفت:«خدایا تو را آنقدر که باید نشناختم.»

بعضی ها معتقدند بالاترین درجه دوست داشتن عشق نام دارد. یکی از حکما هم عشق را مستی عقل معرفی کرده است. در حقیقت عشق یک مقدمه دارد به نام شناخت و معرفت و یک موخره به نام ایثار و فداکاری. اگر کسی را با معرفت آنقدر دوست داشته باشید که برایش ازخودگذشتگی کنید، عاشقش هستید.

فرض کنید دختر و پسر جوانی بسیار به هم علاقه دارند ولی چه تضمینی وجود دارد که دختر خانم در آینده مادر خوبی باشد یا آقا پسر از عهده نقش پدری برآید؟ از کجا معلوم وقتی با هم زیر یک سقف قرار می گیرند هزار و یک اختلاف نظر نداشته باشند؟ همه اینها در مشاوره قبل از ازدواج مشخص می شود

سن عاشقی در مردان چند سال است؟

هر چیزی یک سنی دارد؛ مثل سن بلوغ. بچه ای که خیلی عقلش می رسد ولی هنوز به سن بلوغ نرسیده بالغ نیست یا برعکس، کسی که به سن بلوغ رسیده ولی آثار بلوغ در او وجود ندارد هم بالغ نیست. در این جهان همه چیز تابع زمان و مکان است. هر چیزی باید بر روال طبیعت بگردد. از 9 ماه ماندن بچه در رحم مادر تا کشیدن 4 درد زایمان که باعث جفت شدن جمجمه بچه می شود همه چیز در طبیعت قانون دارد. در عاشق شدن هم سن مهم است. یک نوجوان اگر احساس می کند عاشق شده است هنوز بلوغ عقلی اش کامل نشده و نمی تواند برای آینده برنامه ریزی کند. اگر بخواهم از دید علمی بگویم عقل مردها تا 40 سالگی کامل نمی شود. اصلا همین است که می گویند دوران چل چلی! همین است که باعث می شود هرقدر هم طرفین به عشق شان مطمئن باشند باز نیاز به مشاوره دارند و نباید بی گدار به آب بزنند.

تا کی برای عاشق شدن فرصت داریم؟

در تکامل سنی انسان ها یک تقسیم بندی جالب وجود دارد؛ می گویند اگر کسی بخواهد زیبا شود تا 20سالگی می شود، اگر بخواهد قهرمان شود تا 30 سالگی می شود، اگر بخواهد عاقل شود تا 40 سالگی می شود و اگر بخواهد عارف شود تا 60 سالگی می شود. به اصطلاح می گویند اگر تا این سن شد، شد و اگر نشد دیگر فایده ندارد. البته این بیشتر درباره مردان صدق می کند و زنان تکامل سریع تری دارند.

زن برای مادر شدن آفریده شده و مرد برای پدر شدن. زن باید زن باشد و مرد باید مرد باشد. یعنی زن نیاز به زنانگی دارد و مرد، مردانگی. زنانگی یعنی ایجاد آرامش و مردانگی یعنی ایجاد آسایش. زن باید مثل گل باشد و مثل گل با او رفتار شود و مرد باید مثل درخت باشد و مثل درخت با او رفتار شود. اگر این چنین باشد عشق دوام می آورد و زندگی به وضعیت مطلوب می رسد.

چرا داغ ترین ازدواج ها بعد از ازدواج سرد می شود؟

مشاوره قبل از ازدواج یک ضرورت است. همه زوج ها باید قبل از ازدواج به مشاور مراجعه کنند تا بتوانند مشکلات احتمالی آینده را پیش بینی کنند. فرض کنید دختر و پسر جوانی بسیار به هم علاقه دارند ولی چه تضمینی وجود دارد که دخترخانم در آینده مادر خوبی باشد یا آقاپسر از عهده نقش پدری برآید؟ از کجا معلوم وقتی با هم زیر یک سقف قرار می گیرند هزار و یک اختلاف نظر نداشته باشند؟ همه اینها در مشاوره قبل از ازدواج مشخص می شود.

در این جلسات تست هایی از هر دو نفر گرفته می شود که پاسخ خیلی از پرسش ها را مشخص می کند. این همان مکانیسم عقل است که کنار عشق قرار می گیرد. یعنی دو نفر که احساس می کنند عاشق هم هستند با یک روش عقلانی به این نتیجه می رسند که آیا ازدواجشان به صلاح است یا نه؟ اگر بخواهیم یک مثال ساده بزنیم، می گوییم عشق شبیه یک جواهر گرانبهاست و عقل حلقه ای فلزی که رکاب این جواهر گرانبها می شود. اگر این حلقه باشد، می توانی جواهرت را دستت کنی و همیشه همراهت باشد ولی نمی توانی یک جواهر گرانبها را تا ابد بدون هیچ محافظی توی مشتت نگه داری، شک نداشته باش که بالاخره گم خواهد شد. همین است که گاهی عشق های آتشین ناگهان خاموش می شود. در حقیقت نگین باارزش آنها گم شده است.

چرا بعضی از عشق ها تبدیل به نفرت می شود؟

ازدواج نیاز به استطاعت دارد. همان طور که وقتی کسی به حج می رود باید استطاعت داشته باشد در ازدواج هم استطاعت لازم است. البته این استطاعت فقط توان مالی نیست. استطاعت باید در عقل، در مسئولیت پذیری، در تعهدپذیری و خیلی چیزهای دیگر باشد. کسی که استطاعت ندارد و می خواهد همه چیز را موکول به آینده کند نباید به خیال خودش عاشق شود و درگیری عاطفی ایجاد کند. هیچ فاجعه ای از اول فاجعه نبوده. شرایط و اشتباه ها به سوی فاجعه شدن هدایتش کرده است. وقتی یکی جا می زند طرف دوم دو راه دارد؛ یا خودش را منهدم می کند و دچار افسردگی می شود یا دست به اقدامات خشونت بار می زند و برای نابودی طرف مقابل تلاش می کند. سد که بشکند همه چیز را با خودش نابود می کند.

آیا عشق مرد و زن تعدد می پذیرد؟

عشق ممنوع یعنی واژه پردازی های بی خودی. یعنی چیزی که اصل عشق نیست. یک هوس زودگذر است که تمام می شود اما در مسیر خودش زندگی افراد را نابود می کند. عشق باید منطق داشته باشد. اصلا عشق یعنی احساسی از جنس خدا. چیزی که از جنس شیطان باشد نمی شود نام عشق برآن گذاشت و بی شک هوس است. کسی که دچار این اشتیاق غلط می شود باید پیش از آنکه گره روی گره بزند به مشاور مراجعه کند و راهنمایی بخواهد.

یک نکته مهم دیگر این است که عشق در هیچ شرایطی تعدد نمی پذیرد. در یک دل امکان ندارد محبت دو نفر بگنجد. منظورم عشق میان زن و مرد است. ممکن است هوس کنی 01 نوع غذا را با هم بخوری ولی حتما بعدش دل درد می گیری. لازمه عشق وفاداری است. نباید اجازه بدهیم سریال های بی سر و ته با رواج عشق های به اصطلاح ممنوع کانون خانواده ها را به خطر بیندازند. بیشتر از اینها کاملا هدفمند پیش می روند. در خیلی از کشورها بعد از پخش هر فیلم تحلیلگر اجتماعی می آید و درباره موضوع فیلم حرف می زند. ما هم به چنین کارشناسی هایی نیاز داریم....

 مبارزه با افسرده گی

بسیاری از ما در زندگی , دچار روزمرگی می شویم . زندگی برایمان یکنواخت و بی معنی ست. انگیزه ای نداریم , از ته دل نمی خندیم و شور و اشتیاقی برای انجام کارها از خود نشان نمی دهیم .

کارها را به فردا و پس فردا موکول می کنیم , برای آرامش روح و روان و شادی خودمان , قدمی برنمی داریم. شاید بتوان گفت به روزمرگی و افسردگی , عادت کرده ایم و تسلیم شده ایم. این روند به جایی می رسد که کارهای مهم را نیز , دیگر انجام نمی دهیم.

اما مسئله ای که نمی دانیم و یا شاید آنرا جدی نگرفته ایم , این است که ادامه این زندگی به جاهای ناخوشایندی که همانا مرگ تدریجی روح و روان است , منتهی خواهد شد.

روانشناسان و مشاوران , دهها و صدها راه حل برای ما ارائه می دهند , مقاله ها در این زمینه نوشته می شود , کتابها چاپ می شود , راهکارها در رسانه های صوتی- تصویری , با سبک و سیاق های متفاوت و تاثیر گذار به نمایش در می آید ... وقتی این راهکارها را می خوانیم , می شنویم و یا می بینیم , در وهله اول , انرژی گرفته , متحول می شویم و تصمیم به تغییر می گیریم , ولی مدتی بعد , فراموش کرده و یا اینکه آنرا ناکارامد می انگاریم , چون اقدام به تغییر و تحول را به روز و ساعت دیگری موکول می کنیم. غافل از اینکه , روز دیگر , انرژی مثبت لحظه حال را نخواهیم داشت تا ما را در انجام تصمیممان به جلو پیش برد. پس , هم اکنون انجام دهید.

قیام کنید , کاری نو انجام دهید ,هم اکنون , اینک و دقیقاً در همین لحظه حال. فائق بر بهانه ها و تنبلی ها , دست به یک اقدام جدید و نو بزنید. هر چیزی میتواند باشد . از کارهای جزئی و تصمیمات کوچک شروع کنید.

یک کار جدید و مفید. مثلاً کتابی که ماههاست جلوی چشمتان است و تصمیم به خواندنش دارید , اما هر بار می گویید : "الآن حوصله اش را ندارم , خسته ام , باشد فرداشب..." هم اکنون با حوصله و تمرکز بیش از هر زمان دیگر , آنرا مطالعه کنید.

اگر تصمیم به اجرای برنامه ای در زندگی دارید , هم اکنون انجام دهید. آموزش یک حرفه , یک توانایی , یک ورزش , یک هنر , یک علم ... زمانش , اکنون است. اگر همیشه دوست داشتید , رقصی را یاد بگیرید یا نواختن یک ساز موسیقی , زبان جدید , شنا, تغییر دکوراسیون , سفر ...

هم اکنون انجام دهید. نه برای رفع تکلیف و اینکه فقط انجام داده باشید , بلکه با عشق و علاقه , با تمام انرژی و به منظور ارائه یک کار زیبا. اگر تنبلی و کاهلی , بهانه و توجیه , مانع می شود , با تحکم به خود بگویید : الان انجامش می دهم و برخلاف احساس مانع شونده , عمل کنید. ذهن شما از شما دستور می گیرد , جسم شما از شما دستور می گیرد , زندگی شما از شما دستور می گیرد , پس اینک الحال انجام دهید.

یکی از راههای غلبه بر تنبلی و بهانه جویی ذهن , این است که برخلاف آن عمل کنید. اگر خوابتان می آید , نخوابید . اگر خجالتی و کمرو هستید , از خود اعتماد به نفس نشان دهید. در اوج ترس و نگرانی , با شجاعت پیش بروید. در افسردگی , به خودتان امید دهید و لبخند بزنید. در تنبلی و خستگی , همان لحظه , عمل کنید. در اوج تنهایی , خود را با خدا ببینید...

هیچ کس تا بحال با یکجا نشستن و ایراد و بهانه گرفتن از روند زندگی , به دستاورد مهم و خوشایندی , نائل نشده است. باید راهها را امتحان کنید , حتی اگر نتیجه بخش نباشد , حتمأ تجربه و درسی برایمان بهمراه خواهد داشت.
